Ask anyone who has lived through a difficult renovation what went wrong, and you will rarely hear that the tile was set badly. What you hear is that the electrician could not come until the following week, that the painter arrived before the flooring was finished, and that nobody would say who was responsible for the delay.
The problem is coordination, not craftsmanship
A full interior remodel involves design, demolition, electrical, cabinetry, flooring and paint. When each of those comes from a different company, somebody has to sequence them, and that somebody is usually the homeowner. Every handover is a point where the schedule can slip, and every slip costs you time you did not budget for.
Worse, when something goes wrong at a handover, accountability disappears. The flooring crew blames the cabinet installer, the cabinet installer blames the electrician, and you are left arbitrating between three companies who will never work together again.
What changes when it is all one team

- One schedule. Trades are sequenced internally rather than negotiated between companies, so the next stage starts when the last one finishes.

- One party accountable. If something is not right, there is no one else to point at. It is ours to fix.
- Changes are conversations. Moving a run of cabinets or relocating an outlet is a discussion with your project manager, not a renegotiation across three contracts.
The four stages
Every project follows the same path. It starts with an initial consultation, where we look at the space and talk through what is not working and what you want to spend. That moves into design and planning, where layouts, finishes and materials get settled and the full scope goes into writing.
Then project management takes over, sequencing the trades and keeping you updated as work progresses. Finally, execution and completion, which ends with walking the finished space together before we consider the job done.
